DMCA / Copyright Policy
NaukriNaukri (naukrinaukri.com, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our readers and contributors to do the same. This policy explains how to report content that you believe infringes your copyright and how we handle such reports. Our approach follows the principles of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
Our Content
We write our own summaries and explanations of job updates in our own words. We do not intentionally copy content from other websites. If you believe that any content on this website has been used without proper permission, please tell us and we will look into it.
Official Government Notifications
Official notifications, gazettes, results, and other documents published by government bodies, boards, and commissions are public documents made available for the benefit of applicants. We use them as our main sources and link to the original official websites so that readers can verify the information. If you are an official body and would like a link or reference changed or removed, please contact us and we will review your request.
How to File a Copyright Takedown Notice
If you are the copyright owner, or are authorised to act for the owner, and you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice that includes all of the following:
- Identification of the work: a clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, with a link to the original if it is available online.
- Location of the content: the exact URL(s) of the page(s) on naukrinaukri.com where the material appears.
- Your contact information: your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good-faith statement: a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Signature: your physical or electronic signature.
Where to Send Your Notice
Please send your notice by email to: contact@naukrinaukri.com, with the subject line “Copyright Takedown Notice”.
Our Response Process
- We will check that your notice contains the required details. If something is missing, we may ask you for it.
- If the notice is complete and appears valid, we will remove or disable access to the material as soon as reasonably possible, usually within 3 to 7 working days.
- We may share your notice, with your contact details, with the person who posted the content, so that they can respond.
- We will tell you by email once action has been taken.
Please note that sending a false or misleading notice can have legal consequences. If you are not sure whether something is infringing, you may wish to take legal advice first.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake, or that you have the right to use the material, you may send us a written counter-notice at contact@naukrinaukri.com that includes:
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the material was removed because of a mistake or wrong identification.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
After we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the person who filed the original notice. If that person does not inform us that they have started legal action within a reasonable time, we may restore the material.
Repeat Infringers
We may block or remove the content of any user or contributor who repeatedly infringes the copyright of others, as we think appropriate.
Third-Party Content and Links
Our website links to third-party websites. We do not control or host the content on those websites. If you have a copyright concern about content on another website, please contact the owner of that website directly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
